Op Request for Channel Ro

Ok so lets start: My name is [SyS]-SlaYeR an old Xpam User about 3 years and almost 1 year with this account.I would be proud to be op on ro if i could because i would like to create a good ambiance on channel no more Flaming,Spamming.etc.and to respound for all who need help.I will do my best and i`m a trust guy...and the most important is that I Will not abuse in any case op power untill i am 100% sure about that.searching for prooves and some ss.

Third, there ain't no need for a new op on RO because I am already, just waiting for admin to give it to me. I also forgot to add it in the list.

Well inovate from that time when u get op on channel ro i never see an op on channel who can make discipline..sorry for that only when Xfire is on channel no one flames when Xfire goes again Flaming,Spaming thats why i make this request.I know that xfire has a lot of work.

and from where we should know you? where were you active beside channel ro ofcourse, forum, server etc?

what are your old accounts? "2 years with this account" so why i can see registered in mar 2007?

First of all I usually stay on RO, I was op on RO before ecstazy and XFIRE and Mar 2007 is the date when you created your account not the date when you made your first post. Don't lie. I can ask an admin to check when your account was created.

Thx inovate,my mistake sorry for that my memory some times forget...thats the time when i created the clan and the account.!but i ask is there is a problem with the years or how experienced u are in how to manage it?....again my mistake.

You cant be 2-3 years old on server coz i never saw this account lets say about 1 year ago..admins can check that i am old on server first account nzmike and silver_klr i played with them on this server.

3rd Answer to what flash asked. If u are that old, where were u all this time? only on Channel RO? Inovate do u know him to be that old on RO? I can ask so many people if u were even on RO. Not to mention that u weren't on W3( server ) or Forum.

I know you were waiting my post, so here it is :

You are a new member, I think I saw you first time in June 2007 on server, on RO channel. I saw that you usually spend lot of time there, but that doesn't make you the right person for this OP position.

Secondly, yesterday, you spammed to get 100 posts, on whole forum ( I remained stunned when I saw u made like 70 posts in 'Others' forum )...

Thirdly, I would like to mention the fact that RO channel isn't such a big channel, and moderation isn't needed imo. I barely see 5-7 ppl online on midday, and like 10 on evenings; you know I am online most of the time, and when you need something, you can call me or Viper25 ( Inovate ) to ban an user or clean the mess on the channel.

I am OP there for almost 5 months, and, do you know, how many ppl I banned there? Not more than 10. Yes, and that happened few times, when some users were flaming each other on channel, and I had to calm down the spirits.
I worked daily at the channel; every day, after server restart, I was coming and copy/pasting some topics which would have helped the users who got there; would you do that every day? I doubt. Also, I am not sure that your operator skills are high enough to moderate a channel properly. To be operator of a channel, you must care for users, and not at all for your own person. Operator dedicates his time to help users, not just to have the sexy bnet icon and the 'weapons' (kick/ban). Do you really care for RO ppl? Do you really think your operator status would help the romanian community on Xpam even a little? Because I doubt so. All people ( including you ) who always ask me "/voice me on RO plzzz" / "can u OP me on RO" really disgust me (no offence). Put yourself in my position, and you will have the same feeling. I hate power abusers, but more than that, the power seekers; and you, my friend, belong to this category. Always remember that people who work will be rewarded without they to seek it : "Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it".

You asked me to support you here; Well, I am just posting my opinion, even if it hurts or not. I am a direct person, and I don't like to lie here, and lie to myself too, by posting a fake opinion.

Ok X i`m totally agree with you...nothing to complain from now on i will be much active on forum ....on server you know I am online most of the time, and when you need something, you can call me or Viper25 ( Inovate ) to ban an user or clean the mess on the channel. ok i`ll call you if i see smth wrong...if ppl don`t know too much they will know me in future because i think never is too late to do smth....thats all what i had to say...thx
