Always getting banned by AncientPriest on W3-Tour

I want to know why this man has op on W3-Tour. He bans people without reason. I remember one time i played dota against him and kicked his ass really bad. Since then everytime he sees me on the channel he bans me. I told him to stop banning me and he started to swear (we are both romanians) and i sweared him back but he started it. I have proof that he bans me for no reason you can see in the picture i was afk and when i got back i saw i got banned on the channel again. Please do something about this guy he started to piss me off.
