[nemesis]hex and LuckyPwn has the same IP.That would probably mean, you are neightbours and have shared internet.You could be both safelisted, that's np.But...[nemesis]hex was denied, and LuckyPwn approved.Problem is LuckyPwn wants to switch to [nemesis]hex, approved nick to denied one.That makes us think [nemesis]hex and LuckyPwn is same person( same ip, request to exchange nick ).That way, you wanted to trick us, and for that, you have been banned permamently.

Of course, I may be wrong, but it's kinda obvious...you got denied by one nick, made request with other ( of course fixed some things ), and got approved.Now, you want to go back to old nick, since everyone knows you under it.Simple, huh ?
