Creating movies (not replays)

Hello!

I make this post in pure desperation. I've looked through internet for any discussion forum for moviemaking, without results. I do not know if this is the right forum, if not, I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Now to what I want to bring up:


I'm thinking of making a movie and got some questions:

1:What programs are best for recording?

2:Is there any "fix" that makes you able to rewind a replay or somehow "jump" through the replay?
Now you can only fastplay and not go back or jump a longer time in the replay.


Any piece of advice about moviemaking in general is welcome.

Notice this is about making movies, and not about replays!

Well, you can use Fraps to record the game while playing, or to record a replay... there are also some other programs which I can't remember the name now, but fraps is one of the best...and as far as I know there is nothing that allows you to rewind a replay or jump to a specific time... :\

fraps works just fine, use windows movie editor for editing/music insertion and stuff, that works.
