"Can't start War3.exe! Make sure the loader is in the same dir"
The loader problem come from rootkit. A rootkit is a collection of tools (programs) that enable administrator-level access to a computer or computer network. Typically, a hacker installs a rootkit on a computer after first obtaining user-level access, either by exploiting a known vulnerability or cracking a password. Once the rootkit is installed, it allows the attacker to mask intrusion and gain root or privileged access to the computer and, possibly, other machines on the network.
You have to kill them using some rootkit detector. One of them is Ashampoo AntiSpyWare.

5. Step: Kill all found rootkits.

Finaly manage to solve this ****ing problem, i had to break intro the game security protection and crash my windows many times so if this dont solve i will kill you for sure -_-.
It's a virus, a backdoor one it's in battle.net gateway editor and it's called Jeffo. i tested LOT"s OF TIMES in two computers :
1 i installed the game without gateway editor and only direct ips on reg with crack,loader etc >
On the other i installed gateway and all other stuffs . guess what? i got problem with the second one. i broke the game security protection watch the reverse memory while i was trying to load the game . On the frist one i got :
[i removed the info here because it would teach some people how to hack the game and i dont want to * /TP_MoonStar]
What i got is that the virus run from the gateway direct to your registry and then manage to change the DIR before the game run and same for the ip of the servers then turn back normal when you close thje game . it's a special jeefo version only works with direct p2p connections .
This also deal with the game.dll problem with the validate version and the 1.18 version problem .
How to solve ?
Look, all you have to do is remove jeefo from your computer ( it might have infected more then half of your C: already XD so well try this :
