You should argue yourself before unfairly ban a guy just because he was trying to comunicate in other languages inside the chatroom when most of guys in the very same chatroom weren´t using english as the general rules state. As general rules and specific rules (ways of applying the first one) are not distinguished during the chat logging, shall be an act of respect with all users if being directly warned about the differences between them, specially in cases like this, when the banned guy was liable to be puzzled with an eventual notice from the controller and hundreds of other messages in the same font color. Hope I am not dealing with some immature spoiled boy behind a computer, but with a responsible member of eurobattle server proceeding with sound judgements in the job that was given to him.

Server's Operators/Admins, are not a computer to warn 10293 times every one, and LightBlue color is only used on Announcements/Topics/Kickmsgs/banmsgs.
Operator just did his job ->BAN the user that's not talking english in a public channel.
