Here, you'll find many defense maps ( with description ). Every week, I'll add new maps! Enjoy
You can also ask hints, give hints,talk about the maps, post here your Defense maps ( BUT WITH A DESCRIPTION), etc. Spam will not be tolerated!
A Stand of Blades

In this game, four master swordsmen make a stand to defend the Sacred Tree against waves of attacking insects. Your defense begins as night falls and you and your teammates must repel the seige of the Sacred Tree until daylight.
You, along with three companions, have an arsenal of powerful kicks, jumps, and cuts at your disposal. You can energize these attacks with a powerful ward of lightning. Beware, however, many of your attacks will not discriminate between your companions and your opponents, which are constantly swarming towards the Sacred Tree. You must recover health and mana by collecting the energies of enemies and magical mushrooms around the Golden Forest.
Recommended for 3 or 4 players who are willing to work together.
3 levels of difficulty, defined by how many hit points the Sacred Tree starts with: Student (4500 hp), Master (3000 hp), and Grandmaster (1500 hp).
The map was designed to be a hybrid game, inspired by the console actions games Ninja Gaiden and Otogi.
Note: All of the custom models in this map were downloaded from www.wc3sear.ch - proper credit for all of these incredible models, many of which are essential to the theme of this map (particularly those of the Kensei designed by Black_Stan), has been given in the map's directions (F9). Special thanks to Clan TDG members KrewL RaiN for the terrain and Shvegait for additions to the combat system.
A Stand of Blades(alternate download link) began as an entry in the Clan TDG Mapathon contest series based upon the word 'Repel'. The prototype of this map, which was essentially the same with fewer features and abilities, was designed for this contest in one weekend.

Doodad Defence (TD)

Oh Noez! The Very Bad Things want to take over the World Editor, and the only things that can stop them are the mighty Doodads! /Lame attempt at TD story line. Basicly.. its a 40 wave mazing Tower Defence!
This map is not for the sane! Long exposure to Doodad Defence can cause these following symptoms: Urge to look away from the screen, 'I don't know WTF is going on' syndrome, and basically mass output of the letters WTF, massive headaches to the week, risk of seizures, urge to eat cheese snacks, and death (of your sanity).
This be your basic mazing tower defence. The most effective way of mazing is to spiral around the diamond at your starting position. Yet another map born from the pits of utter boredom!
Features:
- 40 waves of madness spawned from the depths of boredom, some with skills made to mess you up!
- Mix and match modes, choose from normal to insane spawn rates, and normal team play or top vs bottom game play. You can do a 3 vs 1 or try and do the impossible and beat insane mode full house
- 4 Races of Doodads, each with there own bizarre skills of devastation and chaos
- Terrain in which…you doodad by building towers…..yeah and you can roller coaster your builder off it too
And last but not least, all the random spam you can fit into a map without it exploding all over the place
The list of complaints I can see coming:
I list these cause I can see it coming up, but it was intended to be that way in the map
- Doodad shots linger a bit after death for a whacky touch
- Insane mode is not impossible, this mode challenges your mazing skills, for now you gotta think outside the spiral =P We have beaten insane mode with a team of 3 and it is ment to be barley beatable
- Insane mode can also cause some CPU lag to older comps (like mine) it is best played with just 3 people on a team. I haven’t done full house insane cause I know my comp will lag to hell and back
And if you find any balance issues, let me know. We tested the crap put of this, and yet some bugs and stuff remain for you guys to find =P
Also, if the demand arises, more modes are slated for addition, like doodad wars =P
UPDATES:
-anti pvp cheese: whoever builds in the other teams spot will have their tower automaticly destroyed. They dont get the gold back eather =P
-New secret doodads added
-Other minior fixes
-Some typos fixed aswell
UPDATES ROUND 2:
-No gold at starting due to leaving players at map load fixed (I hope)
-Victory fixed (I hope lol)
-New secret to find!
-Some other little changes aswell

Summary
Team Maze TD is a variation of a traditional tower defense that tests the teamwork of Battle.net players.
Teamwork is essential
- Mazing together is the only way to win.
- Recieve gold for any kill, regardless of who the actual killer is
- If one side falls, the team falls, so you must help those in need.
- A full house is recommended, but the game balances itself to fewer players!
Objectives
- Survive 20 waves of enemies, 25 if you are playing on hard/insane difficulties. Enemies spawn 15 seconds after the previous wave is completed.
- Enemies start at the edges, then must walk to the opposite side of where they spawn.
- However, they must stop along checkpoints in their path. Take advantage of this by mazing around each checkpoint.
Features
- Much time put into the balancing of creeps and difficulty levels (instead of many easy levels and a couple extremely hard ones at the end)
- Over 80 unique towers. You must upgrade to see obtain many of them.
- Polished gameplay with minimal bugs...hopefully :-D and minimal lag (little to no memory leaks)
- Small filesize -- very easy to get a full house!

Cannon Commanders v.0.97

Take control of a cannon with great firepower. Destroy the enemies who try to disable the shield protecting your country. Customize your cannon by buying new weapons with massive firepower and crush the intruders!
This is a 4 man team game where each player controls a turret. The goal is to protect 4 generators which the enemy will try to destroy. It features:
-10 different cool weapons. Enemy getting the better of you? Load up the A-Bomb cannon and show the enemies what you are made of! Weapons range from a normal cannon to the A-Bomb.
-Addon to the turret
-20 waves of enemies
-5 boss levels. There are 5 puzzle bosses, the bosses only get better at higher levels, try to make it to the end to see them all!
-A bonus level
-10 randomly spawned powerups! Each with different effects, from a simple gold gain to desctructive spells to a milkable kodo :)
Comments/suggestions/feedback are welcome. Also report any bugs you might find.

Hi, I have a map. It's called Rune TD.

Map Description:
Defense style map for up to 6 players. Use your Rune Gateway to summon runes, create your own maze, and spell powerful runewords for defense.

It works like a siege more than the traditional TD. Its a solo survivor inspired by Gem TD and Diablo 2. Each wave, the creep army is constructed randomly from melee, ranged, flying, and the occasional creep boss. Random aspects make sure no two games, and no two players are the same. 6 months in the making.

Hey All, I would like to present a new, cool imho map.
Undead Assault II is very similar to the famous NOTD:AM or NOTD.
Here you get new ranks faster! The first three classes are medic, rifleman, grenadier. After three or four games you should be able to pick firebat, support, designated marksman.
Very few people have the map, but we host it ech day around 8 p.m CET.
Feel free to msg brnr or jasoromir in game, if you want the map hosted or need some help :)

-74 Custom Heroes. 37 for each side or go all out with the "-share" command.
-9 shops worth of custom items and equipments. Basic items are upgradeable or combinable to create better, more powerful items.
-Mini quests. Defeat "Boss" characters to obtain unique items.
-Various Game Modes. "More Tower" mode, "Easy" mode, etc.
-Special interactive spell system. Fire spells with fire spells, cold and ice spells, etc.
-Artificial Intelligence for single players or try outs. Practice playing againts computer players with complex strategies. Or just battle 5 on 5 with a few human players and AI who will follow your "suggestions" (commands).

up to 8 players help each other to defend the castle from the evil waves that are attacking, stay alive until the final wave and you gain entrance to a special arena where you must fight your way to arthas. And if u after ca 3h playtime have defeated him, you can kill unown as end game.

A classic hero team survival game.
Two opposing teams battle to survive the oncoming waves of monsters.
Protect your pyramid from enemy creeps and at the same time upgrade your creeps to make it harder for opposing team.
Buy magic items to combat the monsters and use magics from your spawn circle to harass enemy heroes.
If passive interfering is not good enough for you cross on the enemy side and help your creeps fight the enemy team in a face to face combat.
Creeps grow stronger and smarter (yes smarter as in AI) every wave, beware!
