You need the replay of a game, and at least 2 ScreenShots containing both pings in different parts of the game. ( Ping of a host, and your ping. )

It seems that u admins make everything complicated for ban someone.
That's why we have lots of hackers and laggers that are never banned.
Cmon guys at leats note him :/

It is not complicated to catch 2 ss with your and his ping, isnt it? I'd rather to not ban 3 cheaters, than ban one innocent person. Read the rules man.
