if u got 32bit motherboard than there wont be a problem with buying one cooler or opening the box. a friend of mine has 64bit motherboard and he has 4 coolers installed since his temp. was going 90degrees C.

Sometimes durin very hot summer days it happens to me too,but in my case not often n not too much overheat,so what i do,is just close the pc when this happens, let it off for a while,n wait till conditions will be cooler to open it up again, like night hours..

I checked there b4 I write my post cause that's the only place where I know how to check my t. but sth similar as u said, my pc doesn't shut down instead it restarts very often when it reaches like 55+ up to 65... and what do you mean those programs cause problems? problems like what? cause I will try 1 of them soon... thx for help anyway
P.S it's pentium 4 and since I bought new graphics card it causes some pretty loud noise too...

Just as i expected, your video car require too much of your pc healthy.
These program may cause much unstability to your OS and your comp if not used well.
lemme explain how these program works: While your computer is "sleeping" you aren't doing anything on it the program works on this moments so if you use your comp 24h it wont change anything.
if your computer is restarting too much you better take out your new graphic card and w8 for a culler that can support it or motherboard if you dont wanna risk your memory/video/sound card.
There are programs that add a icon on your windows taskbar witch will tell you live your CPU temperature and other few usefull informations.

The room temperature also affects the CPU temeprature right?
P.S. got it, now I have to study those programs a lil bit to see how they work...
[EDIT]: And now all those programs don't recognize my motherboard and I can't use any features, how sweet? ^^
