Xpam's Laggers Weekly Top 10

Today an idea came to my mind while i was going around the other hack section and seeing so many laggers.I thought that i can do a top 10 lagger weekly chart and i managed to do this.I hope that noone will be offended , i just want to inform the audience from who to stay away.:P If you are not in the chart .. dont worry you will be next week if you make everything properly :P
The system on which i have made my book keeping is counting and bringing together the pings on all screen shots i find in the thread accusing the victim(winner).Screen shots with pings below 405 aren't marked as valid.Congratulations to Givemewins he take our big price-locking his account or in the better case-noted.

This thread is stupid... because its created when server brings lags to EVERYBODY. I doubt we could play with pings like 5k guys, ITS SERVER.

SO be so kind and delete goocio case Glober, I played with him this at and first of all, this Nooby Pheonix friend was the host (they were higher in load screen, Goocio cant host, I invited him).

And here is ss when I prove my words, how could this noob pheonix can post ss with opponent ping only and such person as Glober can post it? I dont get it...

I had free time,i was bored and i needed to excite myself and I made this thread for fun.Everyone will notice that.Its your problem if you think that your reputation or someone else's will be tarnished.I know that the pings aren't always real and that's why this thread is in offtopic.
