Almost N0tD Members are active... I dunno if they play notd a lot or come to the channel but none were offline for more then 3 - 4 days.

2 or 3 inactive grunt were demoted to peon.

That was done last week.

I am in agreement with kokkantas we must have new shamans, that can be stay more time in channel to see new players or members

if we keep the clan extension make it like a "jr division" where the new recruits are puted in to prove themselfs and keep them integrated with us.

if any player of N0TD start to become inactive the first thing that can happen is to be demoved to the N0tD before get kicked, so a new slot is open on N0TD for the recruits of N0tD to fill

my main opinion still is total disband and reorganization

I think disband would be better just bcos to reinvite ppl back, they need to be online! so only active ppl will be there to be invited. inactive ppl wont even know about the clan reorganisation

I think you should think about the purpose of the clan before taking any action. Why is there a clan N0TD?
- to gather (all [and/or] active / cool / friendly) notd players
- to make friendly community where everyone knows each other well

well... why tha hell should we be the only clan dedicated to notd anyway?

let the 50 slots be filled

let more pro ppl appear

let other clan rise as well

I suggest mixing between new shamans to old , bcoz with all the respect to new notd players the old shamans played notd long before you did and trained you all including many other things they did during their time in the clan so have abit of respect .

This may couase to extension clan to be unwanted bcoz it would be like a nooby clan that no one would want to join up bcoz there would be only new players there and also like firebird said there are over 50 pros in notd .

Killer is right , if you want full reconstruction you can kick ALL the memebrs from both clans including shamans and then let every one who still want to be n0td join back

why not? cant see what loyalty has to do with my opinion o.O

The thing is just that we are not bounded to the obligation of gathering all notd players of the server, or else we would keep bugin u, kann and mercs to join our clan, and yet, u r not in our clan and this doesnt change the fact that we r all friends that like to play together.

So, whats the matter of havin pro ppl outside the clan? Ofc we should choose the best solution to keep our best players, so i think we really should stop the talkin a little and count the number of active players that actually play notd we have.

I just think any decision we made should be motivated by the right reasons, and "have all notd players of the server", or its variations, doesnt seem like a good one.

If we had more notd clans on server maybe we could have more nuke tag games between clans

Review and total reorganisation seem to have almost equal votes. 80% of the clan hasn't voted yet, however.

About second chances for cheaters, I see 2 ways:

1 - no second chances, since all new members will be advised about the "no cheat" policy

2 - give a second chance, BUT make the person involved start from 0 xp again, maybe with a diferent nick, and perharps remove him from clan while he fulfil the xp requirements (if there will be any) but keep he's vacancy secured for him to come back. God knows how many xp he got cheatin while we still didnt find out about it.

This isnt about respect lol. They just dont do what they are supposed to do.
Their biggest power is to invite new ppl and they dont cause they dont play notd.
Another power is to operate channel, which isnt limited to shamans but limited by Killer.
For example DK doesnt play notd at all and he used N0TD-BOT to ban my
trivia with no reason...

watch ur language kid. First I never ban ur bot. If I did show me ur proff. Maybe I kick u once at the request of members because it is spamming hard. And this is a good reason why I did it. I only ban people that I know well enough to just to joke with them. You are saying I don't play notd "AT ALL." Do you know me enough that I don't play notd? I admit that I don't play alot now compare with the pass. I don't play notd games with unknown and some people that I don't know now. I'm retired now and waiting for the new version.

As I said, I don't ban people except "Artimos". I might kick spammer at the request of other members. If you say killer told u that, ask him to address this on this board. I'm 100% sure I don't kick or ban people in Clan that I'm not familar with.
