Drogi Elfie mam taka sprawe:
nie wiem czy lezy to w interesie twojego pana wasalnego milosiernie nam panujacego MADMAXa ^^
ale moze dalibyscie na forum oglonym ogloszenie ze istnieje cos takiego jak www.dota-league.com
w c**j druzyn bioracych udzial oraz bardzo dobra organizacja jak i spora ilosc okazjonalnych turniejow - moim zdaniem warta jest zainteresowania kazdego profesjonalnego ^^ gracza w dote :)
oczywiscie trzeba miec orga... niestety :(
wieksza ilosc polskich teamow w lidze pozwolilaby moze stworzyc polska reprezentacje doty... - ale to akurat mniej wazne
jednoczesnie zachecam ciebie samego abys przyjrzal sie jak wyglada dobrze zorganizowana liga - i prosze nie bierz tego jako uszczypliwosc z mojej strony

I tak najśmieszniejsze są "de rulesy" :)

1. General rules:
1.1 Always comply with the general rules of the Netiquette. Our admins will not tolerate offences against it. Stay friendly. It's just a game. It should just be fun for you and all the other players.
1.2 Current mapversion is 6.29b for tournaments and leagues as long as there is no other specific tournament or league rule.
1.3 No hacks (we don't really have to mention this because this also would violate battle.net rules).
1.4 If you will not follow these rules admins can ban you and your team.
1.5 There is no need to restart game if a disconnect occurs. You can do it if both teams agree. You can save the game sometimes. It would be fair to use it if not to long ago, but it's not binding.
1.6 If there is a disconnect before one team gets a herokill, you'll always have to remake the game.
1.7 If one hero disconnects and there is no remake, you are allowed to. 1) Use the hero and his items. 2)Sell all items from the hero. You are not allowed to take the items and sell them, or take the items and use them!
1.8 After a remake the players have to pick the same heros and items and have to restock the same lanes (pick league). After the first creep contact everyone is allowed to change his lane.

2. Tournament rules:
2.1 Tournaments are played in single elimination.
2.2 Usually tournaments are played on one day within two hours per round.
2.3 If there is no agreement about host, the first called team will get the right to host the game.
2.4 Rounds can start earlier if all teams are ready and you know your next enemy.
2.5 Please enter your match result or confirm your enemy's result as fast as possible after match.
2.6 More rules are listed in the particular tournament details (game mode, minimum players and so on).

3. League rules:
3.1 You need at least five players in your team to join a league.
3.2 Only registered, not red marked players of your team are allowed to play with their correct bnet account. If one of your members plays with a wrong bnet account, your team will get a default loss.
3.3 There are ten Teams per division (if not told otherwise).
3.3 There will be two games per week against the same opponent (sentinel and scourge).
3.4 Teams can freely choose their match date. If they don't agree, there is a default date at each Sunday 7.p.m (league time). You have to write a match comment containing your chosen match date on every Wednesday even it is the default day.
3.5 On match date you have to wait 15 minutes for your opponent.
3.6 Usually matches are played in pick mode. The first team starts with Sentinel then plays scourge. The winner of both games will get three points else both teams will get one point.
3.7 If both teams agree, you can also play with -sc -dm -tr -id -sm -no powerups.
3.8 Sentinel hosts game.
3.9 After your match please enter result or confirm your enemy's result as fast as possible.
3.10 You have to upload the replays of your games.If there is no replays you will get no points for this game.Its enough if one team uploaded the replays
3.11 In Division 1 and 2 your team will be kicked if you get the second default loss. In all other Divsions if you get the third default loss.
3.12 If one team is not complete (that means 4 or less player) the other team may complain the win. But they're also allowed to play 5 vs. 4 or any other mode if both teams agree.
3.13 Pauses are allowed, but a maximum of two pauses, each 5 minutes, per team. If you cannot agree for longer pauses the game can be resumed after 5minutes, before pausing andunpausing you need to inform your enemy about this, so you don't get any advantage

4. Known bugs and restrictions:
4.1 Bug using may result in a Default loss.
4.2 No creep skipping. This means you are not allowed to attack towers or other buildings without creep support. You are allowed to attack any building in enemy base if you reached the base with creeps. You don't have to cancel your attack if all creeps are dead.
4.3 Only two Mekanism per team.
4.4 Only one Necronomicon per team.
4.5 A team is not allowed to buy items for other players, but sharing healing/clarity potions, ring of health/regeneration, voidstone/sobimask, Perserverance and a chicken is allowed. Be careful during sharing because you can accidently build recipe items.
4.6. You can use other heros to buy your items as long as you use your money and they are not used by this hero.
4.7 It is not allowed to refresh spells or items with Adapt (Morphling ultimate) or Grow (Tiny ultimate).
4.8 Completely closing the entrance to the base using earthshakers fissure is forbidden.

Tak tylko chciałem sobie pomarudzić, bo zawsze marzył mi się turniej "bezzasadowy" - dozwolone wszystko, na co tylko pozwala mechanizm gry, począwszy od pompowania, na backdoringu skończywszy :D .

Jedno mnie tylko nurtuje - nie można przekazywać sobie itemów. A jak, dajmy na to taki keeperek of the lightcik złoży sobie rapiera (wszak łatwo mu creepowanie idzie), pójdzie solować roszka i zginie "całkiem przypadkiem" a tego rapiera weźmie jakiś zjebany dmg dealer to co? Może sobie nosić item keepera?

hmm, ... mysle ze pomysł z tą ligą nie wypali ponieważ oni mogą nie zaakceptować pirackiego serwera jakim jest eurobattle.net.
pozatym, nawet jezeli by zaakceptowali to Ci z eurobattle.net nie dadza rady isc na north a tym z north nie bedzie sie chcialo na eurobattle.net :P

co do serwera TS, postaram sie by został ponownie wlaczony.
