About brazilians Ping/LAG

I have a 600 kbps net but my ping is alway +-300. About Ladder.. Many people say that the brazilians players sux, and the brazilians players are laggers and blabla and more mimimimi... But try to see my side, i always play with europeans too and i have the same delay that you have when play with me!! So stop ****ing the brazilians ! And you sould increase the allowd ping to 400 -.- .. hehe.. cya..

But you know the rules don`t you?
If you can`t keep your ping under 300, then you`re not supposed to play on ladder. Don`t cry one day when your account is banned, cuz you can be sure, if you host for me and don`t quit when I ask you to, I`ll report you...

kham i have a 1mbitps/1mbitps link which is very stable,but sometimes cause bnet lags i have ping +300,so i don`t go pg then...
But what if bnet starts lagging in the middle of a game ? it is not certainly my fault,but according to the rules i should be banned if other player is for an example from poland,and does not have that much lag i am experiencing ?

I agree with all ping and lag rules, but i dont understand why i can't ****ing host game...it means that i can't play vs lower lvl example 19 when i am 20 then host is mine but i can't host so server disconnect me and opponent...really ****...@ north everyone can host and everyone is happy, have somebody solution?

OMG. Ppl why are u fighting? Stop this ****. We all should be friends. i understand that BR arent good host and they lag when they join EU host but not all of them.
1. Not all of them are stupid, there are ppl that are more stupid than them, For example I write EU(RO) only and in my game enter ppl from China, VN, Peru, Egypt, BR, balbla & etc..
2. If they wanna play they can with other ppl from theyre countries and btw not all of them lag. The lag is cuz of the Inet provider and less cuz of the distance and region.
Try to be friends cuz we are humans not animals or different species (ex: aliens & humans, etc.) ffs.

brs are... lol well as in everywhere in the world there are good and bad ppl as well as brs... plus i can say ive met many bad ones, much more than the good ones, and its also true they lag alot - normal theyre too far away from eu...

It is not your fault but your opponent also has done nothing wrong to be punished with your lag. High ping can easily turn the battle in favour of the host and several times I have been a victim of that. When you host a game you have some certain responsibilities. On the other hand matchmaker could check pings and make host the player with the lower ping.
