GameB0y banned because of MP. Why?

I have watched the replays but could find no illegal support.

First replay: GameB0y-vs-Jerry-scg.
Elf played gonzo. Weak micro (lags?), but no macro and stupid 3 heroes combo. This player should be banned from Night Elves Sentinels Community.
One more question. NE player reached status 103:6. I'm sure even the best European NE player SK.Deadman cannot play as good as Jerry-scg.

Second replay: Gameb0y-vs-AreUReadyToDie.
Please give me horizontal brightness and tell me where I can find maphacks? Gameb0y hem in DK by 4 units only - bravo. It's very hard to execute this operation. Besides, UD saw Human MK first I suppose, but he sent again DK without any units? At this moment he should say "GG" and quit.
