mb some whisper saying **** about you ?.. and why need my ping on other host i report him as lagger not me ~_~ ? pls i will like to see another admin opinion

It's abuse of " host " advantage. ( An user, who hosts the game, with ping greater than 300. )

How to report it ... ?

You need the replay of a game, and at least 2 ScreenShots containing both pings. ( Ping of a host, and your ping. )

Then, attach those files in this section.

Rules are rules. Server sometimes have big pings, so maybe it was that time, when all have pings about 500-1000000 :P. So it's not fair to punish him!
