Played 2 games with Doda_Elektroda. Got a disconnect and a lose in both after about 5 sec playtime.

Played vs NeoShiva. Left the 1st game because i had lag (he was the host). But when i got matched with him again the next game i decided to play... and got disconnected.

Don't exactly know if the NeoShiva can/should be punished, but Doda_Elektroda is a cheater 100% IMO.
