This message come from Banlist and i doubted that you said without banlist - YOU ARE WRONG.

In order to see other players' countries u need to be in a game and u must have banlist which u can download here:http://www.wc3banlist.de/downloads from there on just read manual it says everything on the ways to use it.

About /finger.... why would u want to know u'r country u don't know where u live?:eek:
