W3 Banlist

I downloaded that ****in W# Banlist but it doesnt seem to work-/fromall command (ctrl+v) doesnt work.And i dont think i can ban players,neither do i have that sound ''banned player enters''.Can some1 help me plz.How to male it work?and btw i cant host so do i have any use of blist?

haha.. anyways you need to type the commands... read them
after you type like /from all, /check ping etc.... then some words will come across the screen then you paste it... and 'boom' that ***.... message u see in dota games...

"Querying IP database...", " {name} is from..."... hope i help and please read the section on commands to better understand wc3banlist.
