Dota need minimum requeriments?

Exist a minimum pc requeriments to play the map DOTA.

Because a pal have istalled a war3 (Pentium III, 256 MB, 32MB, ....)and run good ; but his pc cant run DOTA (its see slow) :confused:

i guess the same as for w3 in multiplayer to run it, but as i heard 256MB of RAM needed to play without freezes ;o
