about account names

we all know that some some laggers uses complex names such as "KIli1_ga" or something like that, also they use loong loong names such as " TheKillerBeeIsSearchingU"

i will give u a real example---> -Max-AuThEnT1C_
another ----> Muonline[DL]Ull (the last 2 is lower case of LL)

so how can u ping this guys in order to get their ping in the game?

Here is a suggestion i know madmax is a programmer, maybe he can write a code which simply does not allow to give this names as account. for example max chars is fixed to 11. Underscore ( _ ) or minus (-) does not allowed. (i mean one of them only).

well % 90 of this accs are owned by laggers. i wait for the other suggestions about this.

its more easy if when u put ping in game not only appear your but your opponent too.

to ping all players at once you can either use /ping or /p command in any bnet game O_o

but to the name character limitations that would not be such a bad idea just to use simple letters or numbers :P

I dont know if banning those - or _ help cause people are innovative and simply use 0wn3dl0l1337 account names too.

I would like to ask if its possible to add some kind of email validation to account registeration to gateway. I think this could limit the number of multiple accounts used by hax0r cheatz0rs, atleast by some. :>

Hmm i think they wont ban accounts with dumb letters in the name becoz its isnt restirected so? Yes i know its a problem to ping user with nickname: IoIls45ml_98 -_-

Just a tips for you: copy with control + C this name one time and then, juste paste with control + V for each time.

No... that command ( copy/paste ) doesnt work in game cuz u cant select it in game... It is possible only in channels or in CG when u are waiting to game starts... Anyway... there is some shortcut for it in game and has something with those keys above uparrow... ( Delete, home, insert... ) There is some combination of those buttons, but I cant remember which one and I really dont have time for it now cuz I wanna go to bed... didnt sleep whole night...

I quess u play only dota or CG, coz everyone knows in ladder game type /p shows only yours ping, not enemy. And that's true it's very annoying, when u try to check his ping 1 minute instead of playing game, but I dont see any good solution to this, maybe only make this like on CG.

Only thing I do is I try to play best as I can (if possible) eventually take some SS on the end of game (if loss) and said him I go on forum with these proofs. Sometimes they quit, if not - I report them. If game is definietly unplayable I just dont play, but take SS's;)

Hmm, ... The text, with " RTF " format, stored in clipboard using " Copy/Paste " combination, will be replaced when you need to take a Ss, using the PrinstScreen button on your keyboard.
