How 2 fix BL???

I dl ban list, but i have problem. I dont know how i can ban somebody [i mean put him on ban list] what i must 2 do? Btw i still can add somebody in ban list when i am not host or??? Tell me correct all about Ban list [how 2 use, what need 2 do etc..] because i'm noob in that. ty

Uninstall your banlist and install 1 more time and remember to check the Installation of WinPCap 3.1. When you will install with WinPCap set up your W3 Snooping (You must choose the card/modem that you are connecting with Internet).

P.S. This is Polish Version but that: ,,Tu ma byc Ptaszek" = ,,Here you must check"

i install winpcap what now?

You must write (on clan channel or game) /ban user
Where user is nickname of player.
