pl help against humans

ok i need a little help here.i am allways playing with orc and i can say i am not so bad i am level 11 well still a noob but...
Allmoust 75-80% of my loses are against good human player.
In the early game i have few grunts and fs lev 1-2 with this i can easyly beat few footman with arch but he built towers and then i am starting to get angry if i cant haras then i start creeping .5-7 minutes later i see that he has 4-5 footmans few rifleman,priest and sorceresses with arch lev 2-3 so he can summon 2-3 water elements and mountain king . i try to retreat in my base and build shamans and spirit walkers but he mass sorcereses and priests and then its gg for me.:(



PLEASE I AM ASKING REAL GOSU ORC PLAYERS FOR HELP

Well, u will not find real gosu here, but nevermind :)
I am orc and u know what... I have sam problem :D

I started to work on this problem... anyways... from your story I see u don't scout... u said "after 5-6 minutes he comes with ... " and then u try to build spirit lodge... U must scout... at least, send wolves somtimes to his base... try to find him on creeping... so u will know how to count his strat... I am also bad when I face with this strat and I know how to counter it teoreticly... u can go on spirit walkers and shamans with purge for sumons... take fs as first hero... if u see he is going on this strat, u can take 3rd level chain instead of wolves, second hero... TC with wave... and u MUST add 2-3 catas... u have to have scroll of speed with both heros all the time and if possible teleport too... all the time use dischant and purge sumons... u should have few riders too... if he takes bllizard ( some of them do... it works well with slow and thunderclap ) insnare him and try to focus him sometimes...

With catas, ofc, focus spell casters... chain + waive + cata... should work...

FS, later TC (wolves, aura, chainwave), then 800 hp grunts + adept shamans + guys with esnare (forgot name), they make extra damage vs wizards and esnare is pretty good skill, use shield on TC and inside human army, try to kill as much wizards as u can. And scroll of speed ofc. Or go mass wywerns (2 beastiary) and harras. But I ussually win with orcs, if he give make mass air or mass sorceress, so try to push him at start, when you has advance! Attack him immidiatly when he is creeping or harras his workers.

Go FS + TC,pick grunts, then at tier 2 make 2 catas and adept shamans. Always take speed scroll with u and use it wisely - w8 till all your grunts r slowed and then use that item - believe me its more effective rather than u use it @ the begining of battle. Cast purge on summons (water elemental etc.) and lightning shield his units. Try to kill priests first using your wolves. When his army is packed (many units in small area) use chainwave with your heroes. Well thats all ;) Its good to have potion of invulnerability also to avoid TC beeing killed ;)

One more advice... if u see that he doesn't make baracks, stop making grunts... go on expand and defeat him with economy :)

Seriously... grunts are usless in battle vs spellcasters... go on riders and catas cuz of siege damage.

ok people lets try again . in the early faze of the game i usually build 2-3 grunt FS go creeping and start upgrading to tier 2.when upgrading is 50% complete i build voodoo lo..(forgot the name) after my creeping i have 4-5 grunts
fs lev2 ts lev 1 and that is when my problem begins .he has
arch lev 2 (that means that he can summon 2 water elements for sure and if battle last any longer even 3 and got lev 3 water elements gg for sure)mountain king 4 footmans 2-3 riflemans and maybe few priest and sorcereses.If i go for shamans ok maybe i can build 2-3 shamans but that will only stop his water elements and then my grunts with slow are easy target against his rifles and mountain king .but if i go with spirit walkers i must upgrade them so i can disspell slow otherwise they are useless but that takes time and by then because he mass sorceresse and priest maybe with few rifles
and arch lev 3 i am doomed for sure.ALL YOU SAID IS BUILD SOME RAIDERS+CAT+SHAMASN+SPIRITWALKERS+FS(CHAIN LIGHTING LEV3)+TS(WITH HIS WAVE)AND YOU WIN FOR SURE

Dont go creep, but attack him! Even with only FS+wolves, grunts come later. Remember as longer game then human chances increase. You dont have to build to spiritwalkers, big number adept shamans is enough. Remember attack with full mana, coz he has brillance aura. If your army is slowed, then is time to use speed scroll. Use alt, when his units has low HP, chainwave them. I think raiders are better then catapults, coz faster speed, esnare if his units try to run, and can esnare air units.....catapults are kinda strong, but very easy to kill if you run from battlefield, they damn slow and you will lost them:D Dont let him make mass master sorceress or air, coz u will propably lost. Abuse his workers with wolves, and scout a LOT.

If u want, u can go on fs with wolves and fast upgrade base without baracks... when u get enough lumber, upgrade and build warmill, few secs after u will have money and lumber for baracks, then build it... On this way u will get some time... if u come to his base with wolves and fs and not let him creep, kill some peasents...
Then u can build one beastery and two spirit lounges, u will be faster with this strat, but u must has some skill for it... don't let him find u that easy... all the time go on creeping with him :)

On this way, u will get catas very fast... u will get everything faster then him, but u must all the time watch what he is doing and not let him to find u that easy, cuz only units which u will have are fs and wolves. Also, build smart burrows so u can defend your base if he comes...

I really like to use this strat in mirrors, cuz it is very important in mirros to get raiders and kodos before him, dunno how it will work against human, but u can try it... anyways... go on www.wcreplays.com and download some god ORC vs HU matches... I am sure u will find what are u looking for.

ths you helped a lot i really mean that but i have just 1 question more to ask ok i go with fs wolfes and haras his peasants and creep with him this is really hard because moust of good human player build towers that makes my wolfes easy target and get him more experience to his arch:(
and if i decide to build baracks after warmill and of course after upgrading to tier 2 should i still build grunt or just stay with my fs and folves because its really hard to get some experience with just wolves and harasing .ths a lot guys

I heard that u can find good players in netcafe Deus on Novi Beograd in old Mercator ;)

Anyways, make grunts when ur baracks are finished and build them until u get tier2. One more very interesting tactic came on my mind now :) Dunno how it will work but I will try it definetly, listen now :D :

U could try to make headhunters, u will have warmill so u will be able to make them. They have piercing attack, against unarmored spellcasters it should work good, also they are ranged, so slow will not be so big problem ;)

I will definetlly try this tactic ;)

You heard well, Gost comes there very often, sometimes Sharky comes and Vladoica .... I live near so i saw them few times.

U could try to make headhunters, u will have warmill so u will be able to make them. U forgot slow also decreses attack rate, not only movement? Orc power is in best MELEE units. If u go in mass HH u loss, coz defended foots and WE in front of army of rifle casters. Also they army is vulnarable to clap/blizz, trust me. If I play vs orc with mass air and he make mass HH, I just retrain WE----> blizzard, and its very effective. Now I remember there is another goos tactic, but u need expo, I mean master shamans/docs + pulverize taurens + HH with upgrades 450 HP. It's really strong ground army, so u can use it in long games.

Yep, u are right... head hunters would work well, but also, there must be some grunts for first line...

This is FOR FUN replay - LOL that was supposed to be PRO game .... hmmm

ITs priceless if u treat it like replay but its the strat TERRORBOY talked bout so u can look - DO not watch the game - watch the strat :D

If the games delays go taurens and u can go ANCESTRAL SPIRIT (spiritwalkers if u want - 2 spirit lodges) - when taurens GO some spiritwalkers to use SPIRITLINK - all DMG is spread and HEaling ward is imba :D

Anyway this strat is not for noobs ..... its didfficult to handle all ur units and not let them die (From aPM graph of this rep u can C it was not a problem in this game for me ; ])
