What exactly forum moderator do!!!!

I can see that some forum modearator didnt make there job as well its supose,I didnt mean all but for ex. i can see that the activ moderators is hacks moderators only.And i wounder why [ovp]shadowelf still moderator he was an activ but i didnt see him from along time.And also lucky is moderator of alot of forums :confused: and i didnt see any of moderaor close thread,move thread,delet stupird thread.

I just wanna to understand if i have wrong understanding ty alot :D

ofc sometimes they take a look and ban some spammers and close stupid useless topics :D
