Suggestion for clan .

I have some suggestion to solve the proplem of crowded members our clan always full and there is inactive members and some members want join and can't find place so here is my suggestion:

Making activation rules as this:

1- as a peon member u should sign in at least once/ month.

2- as a grunt member u should sign in at least once/ 2 months.

3- as a shaman member u should sign in once / 3 months.

if a peon didn't sign in in for 30 cont. days he send off the clan.

if a grunt didn't sign in for cont. 60 days he demote to peon if not sign in for another 30 days he send off the clan .

if a shaman didn't sign in for 90 days he demote to grunt then 60 days in active demote to peon then 30 days inactive he send off the clan.

thaty mean as a shaman u will be send off after 6 months of in active.

as a grunt u will be send off after 3 months inactive.

as a peon u will be send off after 1 month inactive.

cheftain can't be send off :D .

promotion made by grimfeast according to his opinion about that member activity not good or bad its all about active or not active.

Vejr is an exceptian cause he has his own clan in other server and he make us play this by updating maps:D

so i'm waitting ur replys about that rules.

and start to be active members or u will send off:D

But don't let me do all the work. Promoting/Demoting can be done by all recruiters (Shamans): Firebird; Psycho; DK; Drakh

so each one of shamans beside grim will use the whois command in all members and see last date of being in and follow that rule.

well gears it's not that big job u can open the clan list and right click beside the member name and press whois he will tell u the last date he was in u see the date now and date he last join u know how long simple math:D

Our inactivity rules are abit hursher then urs but they work pretty good for us , peons are terminated after 1 month of inactivity and grunts after 2 months and there is no demoting so after 2 moths of inactivity wich in my opionion is a very long time the meber havnt showed up even once he is terminated , in my opinion if a member would really care for the clan he would inform the higher ranks before he goes inactive for a long period and he just needs to log once a month to keep his membership in the clan active .
In our system if a member was terminated he can apply a request to rejoin the clan and the clan leadership considers his request and if the request is approved the members rank starts agian from peon newcomer lvl1 .

Great ideas guys, this mean that Clan N0TD is getting more and more professional ;)

Anyway Grim remember the site (http://www.h-eight.com/wh40k/) you gave me, the 2nd link under collections, there is tons of military divisions maybe if the clan is getting real big that can put to use for Smeed's idea :p
