I don't think it is a joke, probablly cuz for every law they typed in which state it is... But it is possible if these things are caracteristic for these places... but still I stay beside my opinion.

those laws are old and they forgot to delete those laws. and sometimes there are people that be punished by those laws :(((((((( hope it is not me. by the way americans is not stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know about age of those laws... cuz this is still on the site from where I picked it... u are probably better informed about this... but how can I know that... I picked from this site... Sorry cuz I called u stupid, but I can imagine how they made these laws... and it is more funy then these laws... cuz probably somebody did it before they made these laws... :D

america is considered as "dreamland". but here is one really stupid story i've read lately (oges like this):

2 american students (in massachusetts, if u wanna know) are caughht by a police officers because of "ghoulism", i dont know did i translate this pfrase 100% correct or not, but i think u didnt hear such phrase before, so lets move it on... (i heard such phrase first time by reading about it on my teletext of one local tv station, but i found out its nothing smart, really).
what did they do? well, they dug graves and pulled dead bodied out and ATE THEM (what a retarded students, i bet they are playing w3 with "braindead" for their race:D).

i think thats why americans need so stupid laws (like "its illegal to open air plane doors while plane is in the air, and its forbidden to jump either"). they need it because some student will do anything to find out what will happen if he opens the window (or the door) of an airplane while flying on 10,000 meters. so, if u wanna find out about it, u must brake the law. and certain stupid americans will be stopped from killing themselves and 100 other people in that airplane.
that means those laws arent stupid afterall, cause u dont hear about some stupid americans opening the doors of an airplane around (or u do??). no law is stupid, ther eare only stupid peopel inventing it, or smart people writing stupid laws for stupid people.


americans can be so stupid like noone else in the world (especially if u watch those people from jerry springer or few other similar shows... then u know how stupid certain people can be).

well.... about the "goul students" case:
my country (bosnia and herzegovina) is poor, but our students (including myself there) arent so desperate to go on graveyard and start eating burried dead people. we consider it as stupid and TOTALLY RETARDED. and i think its same with other students around the globe.

or maybe this meant that too much of dumb knight/*****/overlord can seriously damage brain of an american student....
