And let me explain to you in a simpler way.. if you don't have mh, then how do you clicked panda when he was in fog of war. He had the red circle around him (that means you clicked him) but you CAN'T click units in fog of war unless you use MH (maphack).

I must tell you Mizige that in Dota game, the way you check for maphacking (by checking red circles) is not working, talk to some older hacks admin and he will tell you the same.
Search for thread in Safelist section for kai case, +same thing happened few years ago to some mym dude when he got accused, he clicked on enemy's ward in fog of war (lol).
