smurf, is that dl thingy based on hits or on ip? if it's the latter it won't matter if we download 104829489249242 times since it counts once.

updated my version to the latest one you're running
but, the eurobattle net installer did not work for me
it says something about being unable to create uninstall file or smth

I can still play with my old version so, I don't really mind

They check this way :

1- you can only download the same file once per day and its checked like this:

- If the IP download the file before in the past 24h.
- If the pc download the file before in the past 24h checking from cookies.

They also check where the file is posted if its on a blank page for downloading purpose or if its shared on blogs,forums,big sites (this only for big files).
