Hello

I'm looking for a good image making/editing programe (high quality),... i want to make something like a logo...a clan tag more precicely , so something where i can blend cool letters and nice background effects :)....
But i just can't find what i'm looking for...
I could sure use some help if someone knows a good one :)

go download adobe photoshop cs 4 portable maybe !!? until now its the best and easiest image editer.
